COMMENTS/RECRUITMENT INFO:
This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position with employment period beginning on 12/01/2026 to 11/30/2027. Workdays will be Monday to Friday (7 hours per day; 35 hours per week) and work hours will be 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Workers are paid every Friday. The employer also offers the THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE as required by 20 CFR 665.423 (f) wherein a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the employee completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to the subsequent employment with another employer or where the employment has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.

Repair and Maintain Buildings, Equipment, and Facilities:

- The worker will inspect, maintain, and perform routine and minor corrective repairs to the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry problems of the building, equipment, and facility systems. The task will be performed within the authorized scope of work and in accordance with applicable safety requirements using applicable tools, equipment and materials to complete the work as requested by the Client.

Inspect and Maintain the Appearance of Buildings and Facilities through regular cleaning, washing and periodic repainting:

- The worker will inspect, clean, wash, prepare, paint, and maintain the interior and exterior appearance of buildings and facilities through regular cleaning, surface preparation, repainting, and touch-up work using applicable tools, equipment and materials to make it presentable, safe and in good condition.

- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry problems of the buildings, equipment and facilities

- Repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry problems of the buildings, equipment and facilities

- Inspect and maintain appearance of buildings and facilities through regular cleaning, washing and periodic repainting

- Collection and disposal of garbage or trash of the building and facilities

- Maintenance of surrounding plants in the premise through cutting and mowing

- Recording maintenance and repair related expenses and producing report to Accounting
